WS Guinness European Equity Income primarily invests over 80% of its assets in dividend-paying European companies with market capitalizations above $500 million. The fund focuses on firms listed in Europe (excluding the UK) or those that generate at least half of their revenues from the region. Its portfolio includes common shares, convertible securities, and up to five percent in warrants of these profitable companies with strong cash flows. Additionally, the fund may allocate some investments to high-quality European government and corporate bonds, collective investment schemes, and cash or money market instruments to support its investment strategy.
