Jack Henry & Associates Inc reported strong financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2025, ending March 31, 2025. Revenue Growth

For the third quarter of fiscal 2025, GAAP revenue increased by 8.6% and non‐GAAP adjusted revenue grew by 7.0%. Growth was driven by strong performance in services and support (notably from data processing, hosting, and deconversion) as well as gains in the processing segment including card, transaction, digital, and payment processing revenues.

Operating Income Improvement

GAAP operating income surged by 23.8% during the quarter, with non‐GAAP adjusted operating income also rising by 17.6%. This improvement reflects effective cost management and operational execution throughout the period.

Earnings per Share (EPS) Increase

The GAAP EPS for the three months ended March 31, 2025 increased to $1.52 per diluted share compared to $1.19 in the prior fiscal year quarter, underscoring the company’s strengthened profitability.

Fiscal Year-to-Date Performance & Liquidity

In addition to the quarterly results, fiscal year-to-date figures showed GAAP revenue up 6.3% and GAAP operating income up 13.5%, with GAAP EPS reaching $4.49 compared to $3.85. The company also reported a stronger liquidity position with cash and cash equivalents rising to $39.9 million and a reduction in debt related to credit facilities to $170 million.
