Revenue Growth

Nemetschek SE reported a 35.1% increase in annual recurring revenue (ARR) for Q2 2025, reaching a new record high of EUR 1,078.3 million. Group revenue surged by 35.1% to EUR 290.0 million, driven by strong performance in the Design and Build segments.

EBITDA Performance

Consolidated operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) rose by 44.0% to EUR 88.5 million in Q2 2025 compared to EUR 61.4 million in Q2 2024. The EBITDA margin expanded to 30.5%, up from 27.0% in the same quarter last year.

Net Income and Earnings Per Share

Net income for Q2 2025 increased by 25.0% to EUR 52.4 million, translating to earnings per share of EUR 0.45, up from EUR 0.36 in Q2 2024. On a half-year basis, net income reached EUR 169.1 million, with earnings per share totaling EUR 0.84.

Subscription and SaaS Transition

The transition to a subscription and SaaS-based model continued to drive growth, with subscription and SaaS revenues increasing by 67.3% organically. The subscription strategy, particularly in the Build segment, significantly accelerated revenue growth and enhanced recurring revenue streams.

Strategic Acquisitions and Investments

Nemetschek SE further strengthened its portfolio through strategic acquisitions and targeted investments. The integration of GoCanvas into the Build segment progressed successfully, and additional acquisitions like ManuFacton and Laubwerk enhanced the Group’s solution offerings. Investments in start-ups such as Handoff underscored the company's commitment to innovation and expanding its technological capabilities.
