Revenue Growth

In the first half of Fiscal 2024, PLUXEE N.V. reported a significant increase in total revenues, reaching €593 million, which represents a 21.5% increase compared to the first half of Fiscal 2023. The organic growth rate for the period was an impressive 24.0%, driven by strong performance across all regions and favorable market conditions.

EBITDA Performance

PLUXEE N.V. achieved a Recurring EBITDA of €201 million in the first half of Fiscal 2024, marking a 23.1% increase from the previous year and a 28% organic growth. The Recurring EBITDA margin improved, reaching 33.9% at current rates and 34.4% at constant rates, benefiting mainly from the increased Float revenue and efficient cost management.

Net Profit and Financial Position

Despite facing higher one-time expenses primarily related to its spin-off, PLUXEE N.V. posted a net profit of €68 million in the first half of Fiscal 2024. The company also strengthened its financial position, with a net cash position of €1,065 million, an increase of €206 million since the end of August 2023.

Outlook and Future Objectives

Following a robust first half, PLUXEE N.V. has raised its financial objectives for Fiscal 2024, now expecting organic revenue growth between 15% to 17% and a Recurring EBITDA margin of at least 35%. The company reaffirms its mid-term targets, reflecting strong confidence in its ongoing strategy and market position.

Cash Flow and Investments

PLUXEE N.V. reported a Recurring Free cash flow of €228 million in the first half of Fiscal 2024, achieving a Recurring Cash conversion rate of 113%. The company continues to invest in its future, notably in IT infrastructure and technology enhancements, which are critical following its recent spin-off and necessary for sustaining long-term growth.
