Revenue & Gross Profit

For Q3 2025, reported revenue dropped to €5,810 million compared to €6,015 million in Q3 2024. Organic revenue per working day was down 1.2% YoY, and gross profit declined 9% year-on-year to €1,062 million, with underlying gross profit at €1,069 million (down 5% organically).

EBITA & Operating Profit

Underlying EBITA stood at €191 million in Q3 2025, a 3% decline compared to €196 million in Q3 2024, keeping the EBITA margin flat at 3.3%. Operating profit decreased from €167 million in Q3 2024 to €136 million in Q3 2025, reflecting challenges amid integration costs and one-offs.

Net Income & Earnings Per Share

Net income in Q3 2025 fell by 22% YoY to €83 million, while adjusted net income for holders of ordinary shares dipped slightly to €120 million. Diluted underlying EPS decreased modestly to €0.68 from €0.70 in the previous year’s quarter.

Cost Management & Operational Efficiency

Operating expenses were effectively managed, with underlying expenses reduced to €878 million in Q3 2025 from €976 million last year. Continued cost discipline and integration of recent acquisitions have supported the company’s strategic focus, even as average headcount experienced a modest organic decline.
