Similarly, the annual net profit after taxes declined to around +EUR 0.2 million from approximately +EUR 0.9 million, primarily due to the one-off gains in the prior period.

Revenue and Liabilities

RCM Beteiligungs AG’s group revenue for Q3 2025 was approximately EUR 1.9 million, lower than the EUR 4.8 million reported in Q3 of the preceding year. Meanwhile, the group’s liabilities increased slightly to about EUR 17.7 million from EUR 15.1 million, indicating moderate shifts in the balance sheet structure.

Balance Sheet and Equity

The balance sheet sum remained nearly unchanged at roughly EUR 37.7 million, reflecting a stable financial base, with a high equity ratio of about 51.6%. Future developments, particularly with the acquired projects, are expected to temporarily boost the balance sheet by up to an additional EUR 10 million.

Einzelgesellschaft Improvement

In the Einzelgesellschaft, the operating result was significantly enhanced to approximately +EUR 1.2 million, up from around +EUR 0.8 million. Likewise, the annual result after taxes and the balance sheet profit improved, turning from a deficit of around –EUR 0.3 million to a positive result of about +EUR 0.9 million.
