BNY Mellon FutureLegacy 5 Fund Institutional Shares W USD Income

The fund aims to achieve capital growth and potential for income over the long term (5 years or more) while being managed to a pre-defined level of risk. The Fund will aim to maintain a risk profile classification of 5 from a scale of 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest).

The Fund invests in a portfolio of UK and international securities, with a typical exposure to equities of between 40%-80% of the Fund's net asset value. It follows a broad 'multi-asset' portfolio approach, investing in company shares, bonds, and cash. The Fund also invests in companies and sovereign issuers that meet sustainability criteria, with ESG considerations being integral.

The Fund may invest in derivatives to help achieve its investment objective and uses forward-looking expectations of volatility for active management. It may also invest in emerging markets, contingent convertible securities, and alternative risk premia strategies.
