All holdings are required to be top‑tier short‑term credit quality (rated in the two highest short‑term categories or judged equivalent), each matures within 397 days, and the portfolio’s weighted average maturity is kept at 60 days or less; the fund provides same‑day liquidity and carries an external credit rating.
