All holdings are high quality (rated in one of the two highest short‑term categories or judged equivalent by the manager), have maturities of 397 days or less, and the portfolio’s weighted average maturity is kept around 60 days or less; the fund offers same‑day liquidity. It is authorized as a short‑term LVNAV money market fund under MMFR, follows the IMMFA Code of Practice, has an externally financed credit rating, and the manager takes environmental and social factors into account when selecting investments.
